Nicole always practices with a journal beside her. A seasoned practitioner and a passionate teacher, the idea for Yogetry came to her during her morning practice after she wrote seven poems, one for each of the chakras. She kept the page for the throat chakra open during the rest of her practice to use as a mantra; the rest, and excuse the cliché, is history.

An E-RYT 200 yoga teacher, Nicole teaches classes and privates in Tampa, FL. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Florida with degrees in creative writing and psychology. She was the recipient of the Thomas E. Sanders Scholarship in Creative Writing and the Ansphaugh Fiction Award.
